Our Santorini (33.5 sqm) evokes the inviting, friendly ambiance of the Mediterranean. Its white stone walls, shuttered blue windows will draw you to that special place near the sea in Greece called Santorini with free Netflix, hi-speed wifi and PS4 == The public swimming pool of the Cityland building is under emergency repair until further notice. Please be advised that the swimming pool may not be available during your stay. The space The pool is still closed for repair ===== Our group-friendly Nordic Santorini unit is located on the 16th floor of the Tagaytay Prime Residences (Cityland) and boasts a full 33.5 square meters with all the conveniences of home. Space for two more floor mattresses. *********************** The price of the room is based on 2 guests however the room can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 regardless of age ). If over 2 guests, each extra guest will be charged a P 500. ******************** PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED **************** ACCOMMODATION for BIG FAMILIES or GROUPS. The Nordic Santorini joins two other larger units of 33.4 square meters each, the Nordic Soleil and Nordic Grande. These larger units can each accommodate up to 6 people for a total of 21 persons. They are adjacent to each other. and are all designed to handle bigger groups who come to Tagaytay for weddings, pre-nuptials and other special occasions. PS4 : Please handle the game disks and PS4 machine carefully. Any damage to either the disks or the machine will be charged to your account Remember the disks are very costly, (around P2500+ each) Security Deposit : There is NO need for a security deposit of P5000 at check-in. AirBnB holds it as a reserve just in case the unit is damaged. In this unlikely case, we have the right to claim a security deposit from AirBnB. Use of Swimming Pool Amenities: All our guests have free access Swimming Pool is OPEN 9am-7pm Only those in proper swimming attire shall be allowed to use the pool The pool area shall be closed on Monday and Thursday for periodic cleaning/maintenance. Pay parking is located on the ground floor and 3rd floor Cityland parking rates: PAY PARKING IS PER ENTRY P60 Monday to Thursday P80 Friday to Sunday and holidays Can you cook ? The kitchenette is equipped with an electric kettle, a coffee maker, rice cooker and a microwave oven for reheating pre-cooked food that you may bring along and stove. you are only allowed to cook light foods. no deep fry steak, chicken, fish.... . light breakfast( sausage , ham ) and soup and pasta are allowed. HOW TO BOOK Only payments made thru Airbnb are accepted. You can process your DEBIT (ATM card) or CREDIT Card. If you use a DEBIT card, choose the CREDIT Card option and fill in the information Sorry. We do not accept cash. If you do use the kitchen, please limit your cooking to reheat pre-cooked food or stewing , boiling or pasta. -Frying and Grilling any food ( fish, chicken, pork ,steaks, bacon, sausage, hotdogs , fried rice ) is strictly prohibited. The smell can linger in the room for days and will necessitate special cleaning. Special cleaning may cost you up to P2000 for not respecting this requirement which will be charged against your airbnb security deposit. We always want our rooms to be fresh smelling for you and the next guests. PS4 : Please handle the game disks and PS4 machine carefully. Any damage( such as scratches or loss ) to disks or the machine will be charged to your account Remember the disks are very costly, (around P2500+ each) Do not leave any valuables. We are not liable for any loss. There is no need for security deposit. It is just a provision we included for any damages incurred in our unit by the guest. Cooking Rules Azure. We would just like to inform you about our rules regarding cooking inside Nordic Azure. 1. Cooking fish and other smelly dishes is strictly prohibited 2. Limit your cooking to stewing or boiling dishes 3. Open the windows when cooking 4. Clean kitchen thoroughly after every cooking. Wipe kitchen walls of oil splatters. 5. Wash dishes after use. Help us keep our unit clean and fresh. Thank you for observing the above rules. **** Internet Connection & Netflix Please be informed that any internet/netflix slowdown or unstable internet connections is BEYOND OUR CONTROL. It is due to the area’s service providers (PLDT and Globe) NO PETS ALLOWED Please don’t forget to lock the door when going out. We are not responsible or liable for any losses.
