The space This cosy flat is composed of 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a wide private patio with barbeque and wood burning oven at exclusive use of the guests. The house is located in the heart of the town at few minutes from everything. Several parking areas, supermarkets and shops at few steps. The house is inside the town walls, just in front of the National Roman Amphiteatre and the Archeological Museum. In few minutes you can reach San Francesco Church and visit the famous frescoes by Pietro Della Francesca, Piazza Grande where ever June and September the Giostra del Saracino takes place. Piazza Grande is also the theatre of the Fiera Antiquaria every first weekend of the month. Guest access The house has a wide patio with kitchen, barbeque and wood burning oven. In the summer evenings it is very nice to arrange dinners with friends in the patio. It can be used also as a solarium with its deck chairs and its hammock. A baby cot and a baby high chair are available. Other things to note The house is located in Santo Spirito, one of the quarters of the Giostra del Saracino, so it is very fun to live the true atmosphere of the Giostra in June and September. Each quarter organizes caracteristic dinners and entertaiments during these periods. Beside this, in September and October, at the house's door you can live the atmosphere of the Fiera del Mestolo, a local fair of ladles and wicker, and the International market, with street food from all over the world.
