Located under the San Bartolo hill, in the Vismara district, near the sea and the Vitrifrigo Arena, my house will host you, giving you a feeling of space. 200m2, 3 terraces and a large garden with garage and parking all around, 2 double beds, 2 single beds. It's as eco-friendly as possible: separate collection, 10 free bus tickets, bikes, scooters, local products! The space You will have all the space you want to relax and choose where to spend your days. The entrance is private. The location is strategic, because: in 2 minutes you are at the shopping center and the Vitrifrigo Arena (sports and conference center) in 5 minutes you can go up the panoramic hill overlooking the sea, or enter the A14 in 7 minutes you are at the beach, in the center and at the Rossini theater in 10-15 minutes you are in Romagna (Cattolica) or in Gradara, Tavullia, Candelara Further away but still unmissable, you will find Urbino and San Marino. Guest access I live on the ground floor, the apartment is on the first floor but has no common spaces. My grandparents are also on the ground floor. The entrances are independent and divided into 3 gates, corresponding to a single garden. In the entrance hallway there is a printer used by my family, so you have a minimal chance of meeting. Other things to note Don't imagine you're in a modern, well-equipped super-villa, but not in an old house without services either. I'll do my best to make you feel good.
