Feel at home at this bright and cozy fully furnished condo in the heart of Davao City. Located in downtown Davao, guests will have easy access to everything. Davao Airport - 15 min ride Abreeza Mall - 15min walk SM Lanang - 10min ride ***PLEASE READ the entire details of the listing before booking*** The space Camella Northpoint is a mid-rise condominium located in an elevated area with British colonial themed condominiums. It is surrounded by pine trees for a truly calm and relaxing environment in the midst of the city. ********************************************************** This unit is located at the 8th floor of Building 4 (Liverpool Building). It has 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet and bath and balcony. Because it is situated on a higher floor, there's ample supply of natural light and cool breeze. The unit can accommodate up to 5 persons. However, we recognize that not everyone travel in groups and more often than not, people travel in two's. To capture these travelers, we have REDUCED the base price SIMILAR to studio/1BR units which accommodates only 2 persons. The base price COVERS 2 PERSONS only and will have access only to one bedroom (master). Extra charges apply after 2 pax. Bookings of 3-6 persons will have access to both bedrooms. We also recognize that some people who travel in two's (especially men) would prefer to use separate beds. To be able to use both rooms, please book at least 3 persons. ****More rooms, more guests = HIGHER operating costs. Hence, extra charges apply.**** Both bedrooms have A/Cs and only bedroom ACs are included in the booking. If you check other 2BRs, bedroom ACs are only offered. 2-3 ACs are costly in terms of electricity and the unit is already offered at a low price. Living room AC was installed for the personal use of the owner whenever they are in the country. Other 2BRs in the condo complex only provide bedroom ACs too. However, guests who are willing to pay a nominal charge of 200/day may use the living room AC. Kindly coordinate with the host. ********************************************************** Fresh linens and towels are provided for each group of guests. The cleaning fee covers one time cleaning after each stay and laundry to ensure fresh linens every time. If you stay longer, you may request for an additional cleaning at a nominal fee of P500 which change of sheets/towels and light to moderate cleaning . Cleaning fee covers basic cleaning services. Stains which will require deep cleaning will be chargeable to guests. Guest access Bookings of one or two persons will have access to the master bedroom only (2nd bedroom will be locked) while bookings for 3-4 persons will have access to both rooms. Kindly indicate the correct number of guests to avoid inconvenience. Other things to note Davao City has strict non-smoking policy. Ask security guards for designated smoking areas near the unit/building. Strictly no-smoking inside the unit. A fine of 500 will be collected for violators. ********************************************************* The unit has no dedicated parking space. However, if you are bringing a car, I can pre-arranged a parking for you. Owners usually rent them out from 250-300/night. Street parking is free but on first come-first serve basis. Check out: 11AM Check in: 3PM onwards Requests for early check ins/late check outs are subject to availability and additional charges. 100/hr for 2pax bookings and 200/hr for 3pax or more booking. Dear guests, please take note of some reminders below :) - Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit. - No frying. Excessive smoke from frying activates the fire alarm system of the whole building. - Fruits (durian, marang, langka & the likes) and food with excessive smell are not allowed in the unit. Not all guests are comfortable with the smell of these foods and it is difficult to deodorize the unit. - Mini get-togethers/wedding prep/photoshoot is allowed but no excessive noise please to avoid disturbing neighbors. Extra charges apply to compensate for further increase in utility usage, wear and tear and time spent on cleaning. - Kindly leave your shoes in the shoe cabinet provided at the entrance to help maintain the cleanliness of the unit. - All guests are prohibited from consuming excessive alcohol and possessing or being under the influence of illegal drugs while inside the unit. - Please note that this is not a hotel but a private residential condo unit that I am sharing with you. Treat my place as your own so please take care of it. Though a thorough cleaning is done in between each guest stay, I kindly ask you to clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and dispose of the garbage upon leaving. The garbage bin is located on the stairs near the elevator. - In case of breakage/damage/stains, please be kind enough to inform me ahead and pay for the damage or stain removal cost.
