Just a 10-minute stroll to Bala Lake, and all amenities are within a 2-minute walk. This central location ensures both relaxation and convenience. The space Brackendale has a cozy feel with 19th centry stone-built fireplaces and rustic wooden beams. This 3 story house has 4 spacious bedrooms, with 2 en-suits (on 1st floor and 2nd floor) and a shared bathroom (on 1st floor). We have a two-story garden annex with all-day summer sunlight and perfect for a BBQ and chill in the night time. Guest access Enjoy everything Bala has to offer! Our house sleeps 11 people including one travel cot. Brackendale is located a 10 minute walk away from Bala Lake and a 2 minute walk away from all amenities. This Bnb is perfect for a big family, hen/stag do's or for a big group of people with many tourist attractions and activities at Brackendales door step As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart television, sky sports, bt sports, ping pong table, pool table, arcade machine, 6 person luxury hottub, 5 person sauna, dart board and outdoor shower. This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 11. On the 2nd floor in the first bedroom, you will find a king sized bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. On the 1st floor the third bedroom contains a double bed. The fourth bedroom contains a bunk bed along with a single floor trundle. There is also a sofa double bed in the living room on the ground floor. There are 3 bathrooms. The first bathroom, on the 1st floor, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The next bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath. The third bathroom (on 2nd floor) has a toilet, sink and bath. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed inside. There is a designated smoking area outside. - There is on street parking outside and a council carpark 2 min walk away. - Well behaved pets are welcome to the downstairs and outside of the property at no extra charge. Other things to note Please be aware that large groups may want to pre book if planning on eating in one of the pubs/restaurants in Bala, as they can become fully booked in the busy months.
