The space The property is modern, stylish and fully equipped with everything you need for a self-contained, cosy get-away. Decor is simple, clean and uncluttered. The king-size bed can be arranged as two singles when requested at booking. The sofa-bed in the lounge provides further sleeping flexibility and bedding can be provided at additional cost when requested at booking. A travel cot and high-chair are available on request at no charge. Free on-street parking outside the flat or nearby. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the self-contained property via a secure front door. Other things to note Car Parking – the property does not have an allocated parking place, but there is free, on-street, parking directly outside the property. If these spaces are occupied there are more, free on-street parking spaces further along Radcliffe Road or in the cul-de-sac across the road (also Radcliffe Road but accessed from North Street). There are also two council-run car parks within 300m of the property at: North Street PE9 1EG Scotgate PE9 2FX (Car Park charges apply Mon – Sat between 08.00 – 18.00, but they are currently free outside these hours).
