All rooms are connected by an internal staircase. The apartment has a large green area - a large paved space with a sink for dining and sunbathing. The house is located in a very quiet and sunny place with a view of Mont Blanc. HEATING COSTS are ADDED TO THE PRICE of the accommodation. The space The house is located within the hamlet of Chassan, easily accessible from the regional road, after 300 meters. The place is ideal for those seeking rest in an area away from the main road and surrounded by nature. 2 km above the hamlet there is a grocery store with an adjoining Bar-Restaurant and then in Saint Vincent there are all other shops. Other things to note Nestled in the mountains of the Aosta Valley, ideal for spending a week, or even just a weekend in peace. Just 15 minutes from Saint-Vincent, WHERE you will find restaurants, clubs, shops for shopping, a spa and the Casino. Always very sunny area, large and comfortable apartment with private garden, great starting point for walks. Linen and sheets are available for a fee at the request of the tourist.
