Though The house is so near to the sea ( less than 60 metres) it stands in the center of Santa Maria Village too, so bar, restaurants and shops are very close. the toygarden of the main square is less than 100 metres from home. the Village beach contains all usual sea rents (kayaks, umbrellas, beach beds, windsurf, boats, bikes etc.) and in the surroundings few kilometers distant there is an amazing variety of famous beaches. the touristic harbour is less than 200 metres distant. Here you may rent boats and take the big boats starting for visiting the legendary places of Orosei Gulf. In the harbour there are diving lessons and stages too. The Gennargentu Mountains are less than one hour driving and the celebrated Baunei's Mountain, visited by hikers from all the Planet is in sight of the village. Private parking. Only one car max. dimentions 185x460cm. Price changes along the seasons and ranges from 300 € per week for the period from November to March, up to 700/800 € per week on August.
