SUMMER from 1 July to 31 August: minimum stay of 7 nights AND arrival/departure day on Saturday only. Other times of year: minimum stay 5 nights AND flexible arrival/departure days. OPEN POOLS: 1 large and 1 small swimming pool open all year round; AND 1 large and 1 small swimming pool open from 1 June to 30 September. IMPORTANT NOTE : in the price shown by Airbnb IS INCLUDED the rental of the apartment, the use of water and electricity, unlimited access to all the swimming pools of the complex (and use of the deckchairs and umbrellas in High Season), unlimited access to the parking space (private) in the underground, the use of bed linen, pillows and pillowcases, the use of towels (small and large sizes) and kitchen towels. NOT INCLUDED: as an optional extra (upon prior request at least 1 week before your stay), the activation and use of Wifi during your stay (private connection: flat rate of 25€ to be paid on the day you enter the apartment; free for stays of more than 10 nights). It has 2 bedrooms with electronic air-conditioning, each one independent (1*double bed and 1*2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (1* shower + bath + washbasin and 1* shower + washbasin), 1 comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons located in the living room equipped with air-conditioning (+ smart TV, DVD-USB-BLU RAY player), a fully equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with a separate freezer part (+ coffee machine, Dolce Gusto, toaster, blender, juicer, etc.), a laundry room with a modern washing machine, as well as an ironing board with a steam iron, and a vacuum cleaner. A hairdryer is also available. The master bedroom also has a ceiling fan. In the spacious garden for private use (with direct access to the swimming pool), you will be able to take advantage of 2 very comfortable deckchairs to relax and sunbathe. Attached to the apartment is a private garage in the basement (ideal during the summer heat) which is at your disposal during your stay. The 2 large swimming pools (salt water), with 2 separate paddling pools for small children, and the facilities (showers, parking, ...) are only for the use of the tenants and owners of the complex. In High Season, all the swimming pools are accessible 24 hours a day; sun loungers and parasols are provided free of charge. Guest access All parts of the accommodation are accessible to travellers and are exclusively reserved for them (100% private). No part of the accommodation is shared with others. The 2 outside terraces, the patio and the garden are also for private use. The 2 large swimming pools and the 2 paddling pools, as well as the annexed green areas and walking areas, are areas shared with the other residents of the complex (these areas are not public as the entrance to the complex is secured). Other things to note During your stay, we remain your main point of contact. We work personally with a trusted local Service Agency for your welcome, departure and the resolution of any incidents if physical travel is required. Important strong points: our representative is very available (his home is close to the complex) and multilingual. There's no problem communicating with him in the following languages: French, English and Spanish. When you arrive, he'll be happy to answer any questions you may have. The urbanisation is a family urbanisation and there are Community rules to ensure everyone's well-being. No excessive noise is allowed between midnight and 10 a.m., or at siesta time (between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.). Parties are forbidden and adults (young and old) must take this into account out of respect for their neighbours.
