The space Set among pine and oak forests, it's a great place for bird-watching, trekking and mountain viewing. We have full-time staff to take care of all the needs of the guests. Suitable for Work From Home, with double-battery inverter based power backup and high speed broadband connectivity @Rs100 per day. High-speed JIO wi-fi is also available, If you have a JIO wi-fi. There are no power cuts and breakdowns usually last for less than 30 minutes. Well connected by tarred road and with open parking space. Driver's dormitory available at Rs 150 per day. The functional kitchen with a microwave and coffee maker is complimentary. Full kitchen with gas stove, gas cylinder, pressure cooker and utensils available at Rs 250 per day. Services of the full-time caretaker for cooking and kitchen cleaning available at Rs 250 per day. Daily house cleaning is complimentary. The tariff doesn't include a complimentary breakfast. Vegetarian meals cost between Rs 150-200 per head, depending on the menu. Evening bonfire for about 2 hours can be arranged for Rs 200 per occasion. Pets are permitted after screening, up to 7 days' stay. Pet charges are Rs 250 per pet, per day. Room heaters are provided @ Rs 200 per heater per 12 hours. Quilts/ blankets are complimentary. Semi-automatic Washing Machine is available for guest use @ Rs 100 per load. Guest access We have a shared (with host) workspace-cum-viewing gallery, a lawn and garden, activity space, yoga hall and meditation deck. All these could be your workstations during the day and your bedroom/ living room during the night. Some of the pictures of snowclad mountains are from the viewing gallery. Others are from the kitchen/washroom and the neighbourhood. During your stay I am available around 4 months, in Spring/Summer and again in Autumn/Fall. Our Co-hosts and Caretakers-cum-cook are available round the year. I'm always available on phone and WhatsApp. You can call me after booking the property, at least for one day. Other things to note We are connected by Heli Services from Sahasradhara Heliport in Dehradun City to Gauchar, 25 kms to the property, by Heitage Air. Heli Service from Jolly Grant Dehradun Airport to Gauchar is provided by Pawan Hans. We're about 10 hours away from Delhi NCR by road. We're located at an exclusive hillside niche, connected by tarred PWD roads, with car access right up to the building, in the midst of a few well populated villages and next to a Government Inter college. The village grocers are well stocked with items of daily need. Other items can be procured at a nominal cost.
