I have a lovely sunny spot with plenty of bird life in my trees to keep you entertained. Only 10 min walk to beaches,bars, restaurants and Bay of Islands activities. Free tea,coffee,milk and condiments. Free wifi and sky TV. Full kitchen facilities with espresso coffee machine and BBQ The space The room has a queen size bed. It's upstairs and catches all day sun. Downstairs is the shared guest bathroom Guest access As a guest you will have access to full kitchen and laundry facilities,Dining area,TV and lounge area and wrap around sun deck During your stay I enjoy meeting and interacting with my guests although do have to travel to Auckland for work occasionally Other things to note I'm a tour guide so can help you plan your travels around NZ.
