The space The newly built house is spread over two floors, and consists of a living room with kitchenette, two large bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, one adjacent to the living area, the other to the bedrooms. The spacious and bright living room, through three large windows, overlooks two covered patios and a solarium that further increase the space and livability of the living area. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed. The kitchenette is equipped with all the commonly used appliances and numerous utensils and furnishings that make it easy to prepare meals on site. One of the bedrooms is a triple, also having a comfortable single bed (90×200cm), in this same or in the other it is possible to add a crib. All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets.
