The Red House is a traditional Greek cottage recently renovated (2016) at the cosmopolitan village of Dassia 12 km away from Corfu Town. The 110 sq m.cottage is only 80 m on a straight line away from the sea,located exactly opposite Ikos Resort , consisting of 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, kitchen - dining area, as well as a cozy living area with a convertible sofa that could host one or even two extra persons.Parking space - private garage (free of charge) is provided on the premises. The space The Red House is a charming traditional Greek cottage recently renovated (2016) at the cosmopolitan village of Dassia, 12 km away(24 min.)from Corfu town. The first part of the house was built by our grandfather in 1928 . Dassia was then ,a totally different place as you can imagine . What makes our cottage so special is that it was at that time, one of the very few houses in the area ,if not the only one ! It has come a long way since then and throughout the years it has been our family's summer house ! The 110 sq m cottage is 120 m walking distance away from the sea, located opposite the luxurious Ikos Resort, on the (at times) busy main street of the village. It is surrounded by charming garden at the front as well as a beautiful fruit tree garden at the back of the house where you can sit and relax, at almost all times during the day and enjoy your drink with candle lights at night! Guest access The house consists of 2 bedrooms (double bed), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen-dining area fully organised,(reverse osmosis water is provided so you have nice fresh table water at all times, no cost)as well as a cozy living area with a fireplace and a convertible sofa that can host one or even two extra persons (cot can be provided on request). There are also 2 verandas one at the front and the other at the back of the house with appropriate garden furniture. Parking space-private garage is provided on the premises free of charge .
