Located in a small village of Cathar Country in the Aude, close to Cathar castles and swimming places in the gorges, the Cabartière cottage ensures peace and quiet. Ideal for a couple or couple with child. Single-story vacation rental of 50 m2 for 2 or 3 people with corner jacuzzi bathtub for invigorating massages by water propulsion and relaxing by air propulsion. Possibility to combine the two actions simultaneously or alternately for a full massage. The cottage is located on the ground floor of a village house. It is very well insulated and is very easy to heat, even in the middle of winter, and you will sleep well even in the middle of summer. The Cabartière cottage is located in the small village of Mouthoumet, on the GR36. The view from the windows is of the village. The street is quiet and not very busy. You can stop in front of the gite to unload your luggage and then park in the communal car park located 1 minute away on foot. Access is via the front of the house. You have access to a St Tropez courtyard across the street. No one can see you in this courtyard. You'll have the opportunity to rest on the armchairs and enjoy the barbecue. The cottage is located on the ground floor of a village house. There will be no noise pollution because the floors are very well insulated. A Jacuzzi-style spa bath is at your disposal. Internet access is free. A DVD library is also available, you can watch movies from your bed. Please note that mobile phones have a hard time getting through in the cottage and you will need to prioritize calls via WIFI (Whatsapp, Messenger). To have a network, you will have to go up to the village, a 1-minute walk away, at the parking lot. Practical information: Cleaning is your responsibility: we do not charge a cleaning fee, so the cottage must be left clean and tidy upon checkout (emptied trash cans, emptied dishwasher...) A deposit check of €60 will be requested for cleaning. To date, we have never kept a deposit. Please bring your sheets (140 and 90) and towels. If this is not possible, you can rent them (please let us know in advance). Price for pets: €2/pet/day. Booking from Saturday to Saturday in season. It is possible to arrive on the day at your convenience outside the high season. Guest access Separate entrance. It is located on the ground floor of a house on a small street in the village. On the 1st floor, there is another cottage whose access is separate from yours (access to the other cottage is from the back of the house, you from the front). There is a step to access the bathroom. Other things to note Welcome booklet and small homemade guide with access to the gorges and swimming areas that are not indicated on signs or maps. Please bring your own linens and towels. If necessary, it is possible to rent them. The view from the windows is of the village. The street is very quiet. We are flexible for your arrival time, but in case of a rental just before you, it is possible that the vacation rental is only ready at 3 p.m. or 4 p.m. maximum.
