Located in Cove Bay, Aberdeen, the accommodation is a private extension attached to the host’s home, offering a comfortable and well-equipped space with its own entrance and en suite. It provides added privacy while still benefiting from being part of a residential property, making it suitable for business travellers, couples and longer or shorter stays. The space The room features a king-size sofa bed with memory-foam mattress, TV, folding desk/dining table and wardrobe. Facilities include a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, with tableware, drinkware and kitchen essentials provided. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottled water and breakfast biscuits are also supplied. Patio doors open directly onto the garden. Guest access Guests have private access to the room, en suite and all facilities within the extension, with their own entrance and self check-in. There is no access to the host’s private area of the house. Guests are welcome to use the garden, with several seating areas, rocking chairs with footrests and a wooden bench for outdoor dining. Garden cushions are stored in the outdoor storage box. Other things to note Towels and bedding can be changed on request, with extra pillows, throws and a coverless quilt provided. Guests may use the washing machine, with laundry capsules supplied. The room has a central-heating radiator, two additional electric heaters and a heated towel rail in the en suite. A hairdryer, iron, cordless vacuum, aroma diffuser and cleaning supplies are also provided.
