Red Maple House - Private entrance, garden

Just 25 km from Varese and 35 km from Lugano is the “Casa dell'acero rosso”, the ideal home for your vacation. It is located about a hundred meters from the village of Arcumeggia at 600 meters above sea level in the Varese Prealps. It is a house with a separate entrance and private garden; on the ground floor there is a covered terrace with a lovely wooden table and, on the first floor, a large balcony with a comfortable table for dining during summer evenings. The space The living area, on the first floor, is an open space. The kitchen is spacious and perfectly equipped; it is perfect for those who love to cook and, among the various amenities, there is also an electric kettle, an American coffee machine, an electric oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a large double bed, a beautiful corner fireplace and a selection of books available to guests. The bedroom, on the ground floor, is large, bright and with a comfortable queen-size bed. The bathroom, with access from the bedroom, is equipped with a shower, wall-mounted hairdryer and free washing machine for our guests. The "Casa dell'acero rosso" is ideal for couples, but the sofa bed makes it suitable for two more guests. For your safety, we have installed CO2 and smoke sensors, as well as the fire extinguisher, first aid kit and emergency light. The house is decorated with elements from the history of Italian design, paintings and photographs of the area taken by the owner. Pets are welcome! Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Guest access Guests will have a free illuminated parking space and garden. Other things to note The "Red Maple House" can be reached by a paved mountain road (curves) in less than a 10-minute drive.
