Nestled on a quiet street close to shopping, dining, green spaces, and CBS, it’s perfect for a comfortable base to explore the city. The space This cozy apartment is our home when we’re not away, so it has a warm, personal touch. While some personal items remain stored here (e.g., in the entrance hall), these are neatly tucked away, ensuring a spacious, uncluttered stay. The apartment features two bedrooms, a living/dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The main bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a closet, and a desk, while the second bedroom includes a single bed, a small desk, chairs, and ample clothing storage, making it ideal for guests who value both comfort and workspace. Our welcoming living/dining area has two sofas and a dining table for four, along with a 42-inch TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, and a movie collection—perfect for cozy evenings in. HDMI connectivity is also available for streaming from your own devices. The fully-equipped kitchen provides all essentials, including a fridge, freezer, electric stove, oven, pots, pans, glassware, dishes, and cutlery, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals. The bathroom has a shower and all basic amenities, with fresh bed linen and towels provided for your convenience. Outside, our lush courtyard, lined with tall trees and greenery, is ideal for dining al fresco in summer. There's a BBQ area for guests to use and a laundromat in the basement for added convenience. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, allowing you to settle in comfortably and enjoy all the space. If you don’t need the smaller bedroom, I can arrange to store some personal items there—just let me know in advance, and we’ll make this arrangement accordingly. You’re also warmly invited to enjoy our beautiful courtyard, which is shared with the building community. With its tall trees and lush greenery, it’s the perfect spot for outdoor dining, relaxing in the sun, or a summer BBQ. Whether you want a quiet afternoon or a meal al fresco, the courtyard is a lovely extension of your stay. Other things to note The building is over 100 years old, featuring original wooden floors, which means you may notice some squeaking and thinner walls typical of older buildings. Renovated in the '90s, the apartment reflects a classic Danish style rather than modern facilities. Our neighborhood offers a little bit of everything right at your doorstep. Just a block away, you’ll find a public swimming pool and spa, a children’s park, and several organic bakeries for a delicious and healthy breakfast. The main street is lined with discount supermarkets, trendy cafes, casual eateries, international restaurants, and various shops for everyday essentials. Nearby Falkoner Allé is bustling with even more options, including Frederiksberg Shopping Center, charming cafes, wine bars, pubs, craft beer spots, and a variety of restaurants. Frederiksberg is one of Copenhagen’s most family-friendly and green neighborhoods, known for its beautiful parks like Frederiksberg Have, Søndermarken, Copenhagen Zoo, and the delightful Landbohøjskole Have—a local favorite. Its central location is ideal for exploring the city, nestled between the vibrant neighborhoods of Nørrebro and Vesterbro and within easy reach of central Copenhagen by foot or just a couple of Metro stops away.
