Other things to note Before making a reservation, it's essential to familiarize yourself with important details about our property and services. Late Check-in: Our regular check-in hours are from 2 pm to 10 pm. However, we understand that there may be circumstances that require a late check-in after 10 pm. In such cases, we offer three options for your convenience: (a) Self-check-in: You can easily check-in by yourself following the provided instructions for self-check-in. This allows you to access your accommodation without needing assistance from our staff. (b) Late check-in with an additional fee of IDR 50,000: If you prefer our staff to wait for your arrival after 10 pm, we offer this option. The additional fee covers the overtime payment for our staff's dedication and availability during those late hours. (c) Alternatively, if you wish to have assistance with your late check-in after 10 pm, we recommend using our driver service. Our driver can pick you up, help you with the check-in process, and provide a smooth transition to your accommodation. Please note that an airport pickup service is available for an additional charge of IDR 450,000 for 1 SUV max 4 people with luggage. We strive to accommodate your needs and make your check-in experience as convenient as possible, even outside of our regular hours. Please inform us in advance if you anticipate a late check-in, and we will make the necessary arrangements to ensure a seamless arrival. Breakfast are not included! If you need breakfast let us know one day before and it will be an additional charge. Breakfast is served from 8am to 11am, so please plan your morning accordingly. Our team consists primarily of individuals who have recently completed their schooling. If you encounter any difficulties in communicating with our staff, please understand the situation.
