Charming residence near St Emilion

In the Entre-deux-Mers, 20 minutes from St Emilion at the foot of the bike path is the Castel house typical of the South West of the 16th century. The Castel belongs to the Lassijan estate; The Castel overlooks the valley and creek with its private garden and private access with parking. At the back of the Castel is the main building, the barn and access to the pool (shared with the owners and their guests). CAPACITY 6 people: ideal for 3 couples or 2 couples & 4 children The space The Castel is located on the Lassijan estate. It is a cottage (independent of the main building): 3 bedrooms with double bed, a spacious and functional kitchen that overlooks a living room. The cottage has its own small private garden with a view of the valley. The estate is 8 hectares; the pool is to be SHARED with the owners and their guests at the time. In summer, the estate is frequented by family and friends who live in the main building: it is therefore a place of sharing and exchange where the people of the cottage and the owners and their family meet at the pool when it is very hot. There is also a basic fitness room with strength and cardio equipment. The estate is surrounded by greenery (woods and stream below the small country road): beehives are on the estate and you will have the pleasure of tasting the honey from the house. Bicycles are available with access to the bike path at the bottom of the estate (we decline all responsibility in the event of an incident and we ask you to report to us if a bicycle is defective during a ride so that we can repair it) Ideal STAY for 3 couples without children (6 people) or 2 couples and 4 children. Given the calm of the place, no music is accepted at the pool; we insist on our concept of receiving guests at the gite: WELCOMING our guests as if we were receiving our family from Belgium and France and transmitting our love of the region, guiding them for visits, advising them on our favorite restaurants... We are in no way a HOTEL; Friendliness, respect and sharing are essential for us; Other things to note For July and August, minimum of 4 nights. For some time, some guests have left the Castel in a state of Cleanliness close to unacceptable... (. Food in a state of decomposition, stained living room chairs, etc.) if at check-out, the Castel is not left in a respectful state, a cleaning supplement of 200 euros will be applied;
