Charming residence near St Emilion

In the Entre-deux-Mers, 20 minutes from St Emilion at the foot of the bike path is the Castel house typical of the South West of the 16th century. Le Castel belongs to the Lassijan estate, called the small castle. The Castel overlooks the valley and creek with its private garden and private access with parking. At the back of the Castel is the small castle, the barn and access to the pool (shared with the owners). SLEEPS 8: ideal for 3 couples or 2 couples &4 children The space Le Castel is on the grounds of the small castle. It is private: 4 bedrooms with double bed, a spacious and functional kitchen overlooking a beautiful living room. All decorated with charm. Guests can enjoy its private garden with views of the valley. The 8 hectare estate and its pool are shared with the owners and their dog. There is also a fitness room with weight and cardio equipment. The estate is surrounded by greenery (woods and creek): about twenty beehives are on the estate and every year the bees offer us spring honey, flowers and acacia (when weather conditions allow it). Bikes are available with access to the bike path at the bottom of the estate. STAY Ideal for 3 couples without children ( 6 people ) or 2 couples and 4 children ( 8 people - fourth bedroom , in the tower, is 10 m2, children's favorite) Other things to note For July and August minimum of 4 nights. For some time now, some guests have been leaving the Castel in a state of Cleanliness close to unacceptable… (.
