We’re happy to welcome you to our bright and inviting architect-designed home, perfect for a family. All on one level, it offers a spacious living area that opens onto the outdoors, in a quiet neighborhood near Lille. You’ll find comfort, simplicity, and peace of mind. Everything has been thoughtfully arranged so you feel right at home… and most of all, on holiday! The space Our home is built around a large, open-plan living area with air conditioning, a cozy lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, and a welcoming dining space. The master suite opens onto the garden and includes a private bathroom, walk-in closet, double bed, and small desk. Two children’s bedrooms feature one double bed and one single bed. You’ll also enjoy a second bathroom with both tub and shower, a playroom/office with built-in home cinema, a spacious entryway with closet, and a lovely terrace with outdoor lounge and summer dining area connected to the kitchen. At the back of the garden, a pétanque court with a view over the fields completes the holiday vibe. Everything is designed for easy, relaxed living—indoors and out. Guest access The house is accessible through a sliding gate (manual, slides to the right as you face the house), with private parking for up to 4 cars. The location is convenient: Lesquin Airport and the "4 Cantons" metro station are 15 minutes away, and Lille city center is about 20 minutes by car. If you're in the mood for a getaway, Belgium is just a short drive away, and the North Sea coast is around 1h20 from the house. Other things to note The area is perfect for walks or bike rides—we’ll gladly suggest some nice routes! Within 5 minutes, you’ll find restaurants, a bakery, and supermarkets. A ping-pong table with rackets and balls is available for your use. And one important note (!): two small cats live around the house. They’re very discreet and can stay outside if you prefer.
