Nice quiet room in central flat
Nice quiet room in central flat
Description
This is a lovely quiet, cosy wee room with a decent sized single brass bed and a nice view over the back gardens. There is a shared bathroom, which I keep as clean as can and a kitchen you are welcome to use if you want to cook or have a cup of tea. The flat is in a quiet residential stair. If you are arriving after 9.00 pm, or leaving very early in the morning, please contact me before booking. The space Nice simple room, with comfortable bed (memory foam mattress). Quiet, central and friendly. Guest access You will have your own private room with a comfortable, large single bed. Access to a shared bathroom (sharing with one other) and access to the large kitchen/living room. The flat is very central and quiet, with gardens to front and rear. Easy walking access to Princes Street, The Royal Mile, Stockbridge and the Botanic Gardens. There is a washing machine in the cupboard in this room. I usually use it during the day when guests are out and about.. I live here alone (with a small, friendly Jack Russell called Charlie Lemon). During your stay I have lived in Edinburgh most of my life and am happy to help with reccomendations and advice. Other things to note Please note for the property address, the building is No 11 and the flat is No 3. It's a big white door with XI on it. 'Steve Scott' on the entry phone and also on the door of the flat. The flat is up one set of stairs. Please be aware that there is a single step up to the bedrooms within the flat. Some more senior guests have had difficulty with this in the past. You'll also be sharing with is Charlie, my Jack Russell. I do my best to keep on top of the dog hair, but inevitably there will be some.. Within this property I rent out this single room and another double room. This is also my home and it should be noted that I don't have locks on the bedroom doors. Sometimes guests come in later at night, or while I am out. If the door to the lounge/kitchen is closed, please feel free to come and say hello, I tend to keep the door closed, not to be unwelcoming, but to minimise disturbance from TV etc to my guests.
