Villa Maria is a beautifully designed, modern villa set up a quiet lane on the edge of the traditional village of Stylos. It sleeps 6, has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and Wi-Fi. Completely private, within walled gardens and orange groves, there is a fenced pool, jasmine scented verandah and large roof terrace with stunning views of the White Mountains. Beautiful beaches are 10 minutes drive away and there are many historical sights and lovely walks nearby. The space Villa Maria can offer you privacy, peace and tranquillity in beautiful walled gardens, surrounded on all sides by orange trees and flowers. It is perfect for families with small children as the pool is fenced. Equally, it is ideally suited to a small group of family or friends. The quiet village of Stylos is just few minutes level walk away, where you will find a choice of traditional tavernas. There are also a couple of mini-markets and a bakery for all your needs. Downstairs in the villa, a comfortable lounge with TV and a dining area have ample seating for six adults. Double patio doors lead to the lovely verandah, with sun loungers, BBQ and outside dining area, overlooking the pool and gardens. A WiFi connection helps keep you connected to the outside world but you may choose instead to relax around the pool or garden, soaking up the sun or to sit up on the roof terrace in cooling breezes, taking in the views. This is a lovely place to relax in the cool of the evening, watching the sun go down behind the hills whilst looking at the the famous White Mountains. This is also an amazing place to do some star gazing at night too! A modern, gleaming, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher leads from the dining area with doors to the patio. Here there is a further outside eating area, ideal for breakfast and coffee. There is a utility room off the kitchen with washing machine. Also downstairs is a double bedroom, with adjacent shower room and W.C. Upstairs are a further two bedrooms, the master suite has a king-sized bed and en-suite shower room and there is also a twin bedded room along the landing. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own balconies with views to the countryside and mountains. Private walled gardens surround the villa with over 30 orange trees, lawns and flowers surrounding the pool. There is also a small fishpond in the corner of the garden, which is uncovered but surrounded by flowers, so please watch any little ones in your party.
