This lovely tiny house is one of the most traditional and unspoiled Saxon houses in Viscri. You will find it right in the center of the village. It is a suitable for a familiy sharing a room, a couple or a single traveller that appreciates authenticity. In April & October, this house is heated like in the old days, with a terracotta heater. House facilities: 1 room with 2 Saxon beds (4 sleeping places) and own bathroom, parking space, yard. Children aged 3-12 pay half of the price. The space This house still has tje traditional Saxon bed with a drawer (please see photo), which is the best local toy for kids. Your days here will be quiet and relaxed. This house is a typical Transylvanian house restaured by local people with authentic techniques and the same materials used here by centuries now. It is decorated with traditional objects, most of which were used many years by people in the village. Local, authentic experience you can book while staying here: observe the unspoiled nature surrounding Viscri during a short 2 hour horseback tour with lipizzan horses or take an entire day of and visit another traditional Saxon village nearby, lunch included. During chilly seasons, cheerful terracota fire sounds will invite you to rest.
