The space Welcome to our villa in New Cairo's prestigious 5th Settlement, where modern architecture meets oriental charm through thoughtful stone accents and warm colors. This tranquil retreat houses 5 unique rental units: 2 pool area studios, 2 spacious rooftop studios, and 1 large apartment, all within the main villa structure. The heart of our property is the illuminated swimming pool with its cascading waterfall, surrounded by flowering gardens and shaded seating areas. The pool features both a shallow section perfect for children and a deeper area for adult swimming. Evening swims under the lights are particularly magical, with the waterfall providing a soothing soundtrack. Our rooftop terrace offers another dimension of relaxation with comfortable seating, planted greenery, and shade structures. At night, the rooftop becomes an observatory for Cairo's starlit sky, providing peaceful views over the quiet neighborhood. The pool area studios share a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, and all necessary cookware and tableware. All guests enjoy access to the villa's shared spaces: the pool, gardens, and rooftop terrace, creating a resort atmosphere while maintaining privacy in your individual unit. Located in New Cairo's calm residential area, you're perfectly positioned 30 minutes from the airport with direct highway access to the Pyramids and Cairo's historic sites, avoiding the congested old city streets. The two ground floor studios share a fully equipped kitchen in the pool area, which other villa guests may occasionally use as well. The pool area remains lit for night swimming, and the rooftop terrace is accessible whenever you'd like to relax or stargaze. Our villa guard is available to assist with access or questions while ensuring all guests maintain their privacy. Pool & Shared Spaces: The pool is not heated but remains comfortable most of the year given Cairo's climate. Night swimming is welcome with our underwater lighting system. Children must be supervised in the pool area. Please shower before swimming and clean up after using shared spaces so everyone enjoys the same welcoming environment. Getting Around New Cairo: While our 5th Settlement location offers walking access to malls, cafes, and restaurants, you'll need to arrange taxi or Uber for reaching central Cairo attractions or the airport (30 minutes by car). Public transportation options are limited in this area. Dr. Hassan or Zidan can help you arrange reliable transportation. Villa Living: As one of 5 rental units in the villa, you'll be sharing common areas with other guests. The ground floor kitchen is primarily for the two pool area studios but may occasionally be used by others enjoying the pool. Parties require prior approval from Dr. Hassan. Climate Comfort: Cairo summers can be quite hot, making the pool and air-conditioned studios particularly appreciated. Evenings on the rooftop terrace offer cooler temperatures and beautiful night skies.
