We offer a cottage on the border of Charente and Dordogne. A natural, quiet and green environment awaits you. The accommodation includes a large living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), a spacious kitchen overlooking the garden, a bathroom with bathtub and shower (washing machine, dryer), a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A large garden and swimming pool are available while sharing them with the owners. The space The cottage is an old farmhouse, with exposed stones that give the buildings of the region all their charm. It is adjoining our home but the entrance is completely independent. It is located on top of a small hill that offers a colorful panorama of the surrounding valleys, between woods and field crops. The gîte consists of a spacious living room with a double bed, a kitchen and a large bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, you will have a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. The 35 m2 living room has a corner sofa that offers a double bed. A television is available. The 25 m2 bedroom includes a double bed and a single bed. A baby bed can be added. We can also provide you with a changing mat, high chair and baby bath if you need it. The bathroom offers both a bathtub and a shower cabin. There is a washing machine and dryer. A 2000 m2 garden and a swimming pool are at your disposal; the whole area is secure. The pool measures 12 m by 3.50 m. It has a heat pump that keeps the water at a minimum temperature of 28°C (except during periods of extreme cold). From the exit of the cottage, you can access mountain biking trails and marked hiking trails. Guest access Parking is available for 2 cars. The entrance is independent and is through the terrace, garden side. Other things to note Please bring your own sheets for the bedroom beds as we do not provide them. On the other hand, we provide sheets for the sofa and the baby bed.
