The place is ideal for those visitors who want to explore Samal Island by day and prefers a goodnight rest afterwards. My place is good for couples, solo travellers, Families with(kids) and even group of friends on a budget. My place is just 5 minutes walk to Camp holiday and Club Samal. Vanishing Island and hagimit falls are just few minutes away too. There are sari sari store, convenience store and local food stalls nearby. We now have Fiber Wifi Connection up to 50mbps. The space The place can accommodate up to 4 persons ( will provide extra mattresses for additional charge of 600/guest/night for the additional pax. There's a kitchen and basic kitchen tools for light cooking only. There's a free water from the dispenser for normal and hot water. You can eat in the dining table or you can use outside table in the terrace where I usually enjoy my cup of coffee in the morning and afternoon. Just clean as you go and treat the house like your own. There are some board games as well that you can use. -Babak public market is jus 10 minutes away by tricycle (P20 fare). -Hagimit Falls is a 30 minutes ride by Tricycle. -Cannibad is around 45 minutes ride from my place. -Sabang Cliff ( If you want to try Cliff Jumping) is around 45 minutes or so from the property. -Camp Holiday is just 5 minutes walk. - Chemas Beach resort ( balinese type resort) is just 10 minute ride from the property. -Kaputian Beach is 45min by motorbike and here you can take another boat to Talicud Island( another 15 min boat ride). * If you need a transportation for a day tour I can arrange it for you as well. ( Either a Fortuner or a Van with a driver. Just send me an inquiry about it. Guest access Guest can access the room and all the common areas. The property. From Davao International Airport: Take a taxi ( about P100-P130) to Samal Ferry boat at Km. 11 in Sasa ( that's around 15 minutes from the airport). Catch the Ferry (for P10). When you alight the barge it's just a 5 minute walk to the property. ( don't worry we will fetch you and assist you if you need anything during your stay. Note: I don’t have a parking lot. Your cars can park in an open space near my house. Other things to note Try not to stay outside after 6pm as there are no street lights yet. But there are spotlights going in to my house.
