Sushma homestay- 2 Room set (Veg Families only)

Sushma homestay is located in a peaceful residential colony away from the hustle-bustle of the city. We provide two rooms with an attached bathroom available for our guests on the first floor. Our guests will have access to high-speed Wi-Fi (30 Mbps) and a private kitchen with all necessary utensils. We only allow families. We have an open garden that makes the place unique in this area. The hill view from our terrace is mesmerizing. All the tourist spots are within 5-7 km of our location. The space Kindly go through the entire description of property before booking the place. 1. We offer discounts on long-term stays. For bookings that are made for 7 days or more, electricity charges are excluded. If you are staying for 7 days or more, we will be taking security deposit of Rs. 2000 at the time of check-in (requested through Airbnb) which will be returned after deducting electricity charges. If the usage is more, guests have to pay the balance amount. 2. Early check-in and late check-outs are based on the availability. Please contact the host prior to your stay. If dates are available for early check-in and late check out, guest have to pay Rs 1000 extra (requested through Airbnb) to block the dates for them. 3. The place is properly cleaned after every checkout. During the stay, cleaning will happen every day in the morning hours (10-11 am). Guest are requested to provide access to the maid during that time. 4. Our place is equipped with all the basic amenities including a water purifier, Gas stove, refrigerator, and Kitchenware. Please check the amenity list on Airbnb. 5. For your entertainment we have provided television with Netflix, Zee5, Amazon prime subscription, and Sonyliv subscription on request. Please contact host for access to these subscriptions. 6. Wi-fi connectivity at 30 Mbps and is accessible in the entire space. The internet service is provided by Jio Fiber and is suitable for working from home. You will get the password once you are checked-in. You can upgrade the internet speed by paying extra. 7. Working desk and chair is provided in one of the rooms. 8. Bathroom accessories are provided including towels, hand towels, and soap bars. 9. We provide clean blankets and bedsheets. It will be kept in the storage compartments. 10. Our space has abundant storage to keep your stuff. 11. We provide extra mattresses on request for the fifth and sixth person with extra guest charges. We request you to fill in the number of guests accurately. 12. The stay is in the residential colony which is 1 km away from the main Veerbhadra road. We recommend guests come by their own/rented vehicles. Ola and Uber are not available in Rishikesh. In case you are not coming in your own vehicle, we can provide you with scooter on rent at Rs 400-500/day. 13. The room will be on the first floor and is NOT accessible by lift. The guest have to climb stairs. 14. Street parking is available which will be under CCTV surveillance. 15. Since we stay downstairs, we request guests to not make any noise after 10 pm. 16. Washing machine is provided. Guests will have to do their own laundry. 17. Guests are requested to wash their dishes before check-out. In case you have left dishes without washing, we will request you to pay Rs 100 to the maid for doing the dishes. 18. Provisions for providing lunch can be made available on request. 19. Smoking and non-veg is strictly not allowed on our premise. 20. Basic groceries (sugar, salt, and Tea) will be provided on request. Other items required for cooking should be purchased by the guest. 21. In case of any damage, we will go through the process of Aircover by Airbnb where they may ask you to pay the damage fee. Guest access Guest will have private access to entire first floor and rooftop. They can also access our garden but being on the ground floor, it will be shared. During your stay We live downstairs and love socializing with our guest keeping in mind their privacy. Guest can interact with us to know nearby places to visit. We will be available in person or on call during the day hours (8 am- 10 pm) if they need help with anything. Other things to note Guest need to follow certain rules when they are staying at our place. 1. We allow only families in our homestay. Please refrain from booking otherwise. 2. Guest need to either do the dishes on their own or pay the maid to wash it before checking out. 3. Smoking and Non-veg is strictly prohibited in our place. 4. Guest should switch off Lights/Fan/ AC when they leave the premise. We are requesting not just for electricity bill but we genuinely care for environment and hate wastage of any sort. 5. We expect all the guests to treat this place as their own home and take care about the cleanliness. 6. In case of any damage, please inform to us before checking out as we have to report it to insurance company.
