The Penthouse is a 160 sq.m. Duplex suite on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There are 3 bedrooms for 7 people to share your holiday time together. Other things to note Conditions of the Rental 1.Deposit payment *We will collect deposit 50% from the rental price must be paid when you arrival ***Please note: The deposit shall be return on check out after deduct a utility bill or any damage when you stay. 2.In case of customer would like to "Change arrival date" it must be 30 days in advance before arrival date 3.The rent will pay befor stay / 1st month rent must be paid upon arrival. 4.All rates are net and inclusive of Government Tax 5.The room rates are not inclusive of electric, water and cleaning - Electric Fee = 4.5 baht/unit Water Fee = 7 baht/unit 6.Cleaning service (charge per time) ,with detall below ; - Studio 37 & Studio 40 = 300 THB - Superior 60 , Suite 70 , Pool 98 = 500 THB - Penthouse 160 = 600 THB 7.Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. **Requests for an early Check-in or late Check-out will be considered subjuct to availability.
