This is an old captain's house, located in a quiet part of the town, surrounded by a walled garden packed with plants, only 100m from the sea, 450m from town centre and 600m from the nearest beach. The house has a secured parking lot not more than 250m away. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the quiet neighborhood. My place is great for couples, friends and families (with kids). The space The second floor, 70m2 apartment, Anna 1, offers accommodation for 4 and features a sea view. It has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen with a dining area, bathroom and a terrace. The apartment comes complete with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, bedding and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking and dining necessities, a kettle, coffee maker, electrical stove, spacious fridge freezer and a microwave oven.
