Little Buckland Cottage

Nestled in the Devon countryside, very rural, with narrow lanes. 15 minutes from the delights of RHS Rosemoor and within easy reach of beaches, Dartmoor and a little further along is Exmoor. Fishing on the river Torridge is close by and the Tarka Trail for keen cyclists is within an easy bike ride. The cottage (adjacent to our house) overlooks our fields and woodland. Keen amateur mycologists will be in heaven at this time of year. Our woodland is teeming with fungi! Come and explore!! The space Little Buckland Cottage has a fully fitted kitchen opening out to the living room, with a sun room and terrace for when the weather is a little warmer. In the winter months there is a wonderful log burner to help you feel warm and cosy. There is a large garden and parking for two cars. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom is spacious and the second bedroom is small with a double bed. The bathroom is in between and has a bath with shower above. Guest access The cottage is adjacent to our house and has parking for two cars.
