The Swamp House

The house is located on the banks of the Burguillo swamp with 3000 m2 of private land where you will find a large garden with a pool, barbecue and terrace with spectacular views of the swamp. Everything around it is the Iruelas Valley Nature Reserve, so it is a natural, isolated and quiet environment. Water sports, hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, mushroom picking, chestnuts... The area offers you a taste of the cuisine that is characterized by its rich meats and vegetables. Fully equipped house in all its rooms, distributed over three floors: Independent Ground Floor: bedroom with double bed without bathroom but with toilet, 1st Floor: kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and window to the swamp, toilet and laundry room, 2nd Floor: two bedrooms both with closets and private bathrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and terrace, another bedroom with two double beds. Wooden gazebo equipped with table and chairs for eight people with charcoal barbecue (with charcoal and tablets for lighting) and lighting throughout the area. Swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for your enjoyment and an outdoor shower with hot water and views of the swamp. In the garden you can find different areas: hammock area, swing area, bench area, recreation area with ping pong, foosball and dartboard (all overlooking the swamp). The garden has an exit door to the swamp, where you will find and can have a kayak for two people, to be able to navigate the swamp and enjoy its inaccessible and beautiful coves (with their corresponding life jackets). It is a free activity offered by the owner to his guests, upon prior request and signature of a good use document by the guest. Heating, hot water and fireplace with wood supply in the living room. The living room also has a TV with Digital+ where you can find an extensive list of channels and a stereo with Bluetooth and USB input. The house has Wi-Fi. The terrace and all the windows of the house overlook the marsh with automated blinds and mosquito nets. The water in the house can be used for all domestic use except for drinking because it is not potable, so the owner provides mineral water bottles in the kitchen for use. The mattresses and pillows of the four beds are 1.40m. x 2.00m. and made of Natural Latex. The house's staircase has protective doors for children and a natural skylight in the same ceiling as the staircase. The house has a cleaning service that will be even stricter to comply with the recommendations established by the health authorities in the face of Covid19.
