Charming villa in Las Rozas, Madrid

Relax in this charming chalet, perfect for vacations as a family or with friends. Quiet and cozy. It has a private pool in summer, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a nice, shaded porch, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing on summer afternoons. It also has a large terrace with a rocking chair. The interior is well decorated, with a mix of style and comfort that will make you feel at home. All set up for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The space It's our home and we like to keep it very neat and comfortable. It has a porch where evenings when the weather is good are unforgettable. The children enjoy the pool very much, which although it is not very large, is good for playing and cooling off on hot days and after a long day of sightseeing in Madrid and its surroundings. Only the main part of the house is rented. We live in the basement or ground floor or it may be rented. If we are not there, a person will take care of the pool and garden. The house is very close to El Escorial and Segovia and 20 minutes by car to Madrid on the A-6. There is a train station a 15-minute walk away and buses to Madrid pass on the corner of the street. Guest access The pool opens with the arrival of good weather, usually from June, and remains available until October. It is exclusively for guests who rent the top floor of the house, as well as the garden. In addition, a trusted person will take care of the maintenance so that it is always in perfect condition.
