The space The house is called "Agape". It is located in Costa Paradiso, 35km south of Santa Teresa di Gallura (North Sardinia). Completely renewed in August 2012, it has an amazing panoramic view on the sea and looking at the sunset. The big swimming pool is overlooking a lavish green land strip which runs down to the sea, about 300 mts down. The best spots for diving and a swim is right below the house, easily reachable by walk in 10 minutes. 3 double bedrooms, 3 (luxury) bathrooms, a brand new kitchen, wide and sunshining living room, a 60+ square meters solarium outside, shading exterior porch, air conditioning (and heat) everywhere, travertine stone floor (inside/outside) and wooden ceiling. 25 square meeters swimming pool, outside shower. The house is surrounded by endemic plants, cactuses and nature. Private and cozy location, no view impediments in front. The whole front of the house, living room, kitchen, and main bedroom overlook the sea through huge windows that light up the house in a unique way, particularly at sunset. Agape is perfect off-season: spring and fall. I prefer it then because not many people are around, it becomes magic. A great place to hide away even in the winter (the house is heated) to read, write and watch the Mistral wind orchestrate wonders in the sea in front of you. The closest (sandy) beach - one of the most stunning of all Sardegna - is called "Li Cossi". It is about 1,2 Km from the house (2 minutes by car - 15 by foot) plus a super-panoramic walk through the rocks and by the water of about an extra 15 minutes. The closest spot for a swim are the rocks right under the house - a place called "La Sorgente" (The Spring). It is only 600 mts away (1 minute by car, 7 minutes downhill walk). It is a fabulous place for snorkeling and diving. In order to get there and around you will need a car or a bike.
