We have adorned the house with a lot of fragile/sensitive items. While accidents do happen, please treat the items with respect. Refrain from moving them wantonly. Yes it's an airbnb and we know people break stuff. But we think highly enough of you to add these things for your enjoyment. 4. Please, no smoking in the house. 5. Generally very low tolerance for noise. Please, no loudness and rowdiness. Please do not bring speakers without clearing it with me first. 6. Because it’s next to a bigger house also on Airbnb please do not panic when you see other people and a dog past the main gate. But you must not see them in your fenced part of your yard.
