The space The maisonette is 150m2, very spacious and has three floors. The fully equipped kitchen, the living room and a bathroom are located in the ground floor. At the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the other bedroom has a single bed. All the bedrooms have balconies you can enjoy the fresh air and the view! Downstairs (semi-basement) is located a very comfortable bedroom with a double and a bunk bed. Two of the bedrooms upstairs plus the living room have new air-conditions, which can be used on hot days and nights. The living room offers a sofa, converts to a bed which can accommodate two kids or one adult. Baby bed is also available!!! In front of the house there is a garden with BBQ. Next to the kitchen there is a patio, a kind of open-air dining table with amazing view to the hilly pine forest. The house is ideal for families with kids and children!! The kids can run and play in the safe garden. The sea of Fourka, located 4 klm from the house is human friendly, not to deep, especially suitable for children!! At the sandy beach of Fourka you can take advantage of the sun-beds, the beach bars and the restaurants. The house is situated near Skala Fourkas where there are Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Bakeries, Fish markets, Butcher shops, Restaurants, Taverns, Bars and everything someone might wish. Guest access Car is necessary to enjoy your stay and visit the amazing beaches of Chalkidiki!! There are buses connecting Thessaloniki with the villages of Chalkidiki. Also you can rent a car from the airport of Thessaloniki or use the local taxi services.
