Beautifully restored 19th-century character house on a 3-hectare estate in the heart of nature, with swimming pool, playground and biodiversity garden, in Pondaurat (Nouvelle Aquitaine). Ideally located for discovering the Gironde's rich heritage and taking advantage of the many activities in the surrounding area (1.9 km from the Canal cycle path). An ideal place for sharing and conviviality. For a w-e or several days with friends or family. Come and enjoy our large, quiet, green spaces. The space The warm and cosy guest room is located in the house and comprises a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a large bathroom and separate toilet, in a pleasant and relaxing coastal setting. The beds are all made up and towels are available. A fresh, homemade breakfast (at extra cost*) can be served on request (the day before at the latest) in the family lounge. * 7€/pers, and 5€/child under 12 years old Guest access You can enjoy all the outdoor facilities on the place: swimming pool and bar, petanque area, ping-pong table, table football, swing and other children's games... You can also discover the large biodiversity garden, the young orchard and vegetable patch, the chickens and the beehives! In the entrance hall, you'll find tourist information, a library and board games for all the family! During your stay Most of the time we're on site, so we'll be delighted to answer any questions you may have, and to advise you on local treasures, great places to visit and our favourite restaurants! Other things to note -> Please NO SMOKING inside and we ask you NOT TO EAT (or bring food into) the rooms. If necessary, a COMMUNAL KITCHEN is available outside (with a fridge). -> We are committed to an ECO-RESPONSIBLE APPROACH and develop our activities according to environmentally-friendly practices. We'd be delighted to share tips and advice with you if you're interested. -> We offer a selection of LOCAL AND ARTISANAL PRODUCTS for sale, as well as products from the family MICRO-FARM (honey, eggs, vegetables, herbs), subject to availability. Just ask us! -> We can exceptionally offer TABLE D'HOTE meals, on request and subject to availability. -> Our dog Titus will be delighted to welcome you! As well as the chickens who roam freely around the property. If you would like to bring your PET, please contact us for details. -> The region offers a wide range of ACTIVITIES (heritage, nature, sports and hobbies, arts and shows, etc.). We'd be delighted to recommend some.
