It is situated in between Primark and Zizi. On the wall to the right of the glass door, there is a keypad. There you can enter the 6 dight code you will have received via email or through the app. Please use the # key at the beginning and end of your code. Once entered, walk through the ground floor to the elevators at the back on the right. You can then call the lift and choose your desired floor level. Alternatively, if you are entering our garage carpark entrance, please go on to Bank Street. You will then need to go up Bank Lane. Bank lane is located between the Mercure Hotel (left) and our building (right). Once on Bank Lane, drive up until you reach the bollards. On the right hand side, you will see our garage roller door. To the right of the door, there is another keypad which you will need to enter you 6 digit code again. Please note: your code will only grant you access if you have paid for parking. Once in the garage, you will then need to locate your designated numbered parking space. When you have parked up, you will find the entrance to the main building at the back on the right. You will again need to enter the same 6 digit code to gain access in. You will then go through another door and go to down 4 steps. Once down the steps, turn to your right and you will find the elevators. Once you have reached the floor your apartment is on, follow the signs to locate your apartment door. When you have found your apartment, there will again be a keypad to the right of the door where you can enter the same 6 digit code to unlock your apartment door.
