Lodge 10 is a homely two-storey wooden self catering lodge situated at Barend Holiday Village. This property comfortably sleeps six in three fully separated bedrooms. The Ducklings, Lodge 10, is one of our Premium Properties. Lodge 10 boasts a a spacious open plan living-dining area and kitchen, three bathrooms and two balconies with furniture. The Ducklings offers free golf at Colvend Golf Course in addition to Craigieknowes Golf Course. The space GROUND FLOOR Hallway With ample space for hanging coats and storing shoes; plus a cupboard containing useful amenities such as an ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Living & Dining Area The spacious living and dining area invites you in. Comfortably seating six people with a dining table and comfortable sofas and Smart TV this room is great for families and groups alike. The living-dining area is laminated. White-painted walls bring a light-airy feel to Lodge . Boasts a large picture window to benefit from the views whatever the weather! The private balcony, with seating is accessed via doors from the living area. Kitchen A fully-equipped kitchen with: Electric hob and oven, Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. A full range of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery is provided. The kitchen features integrated appliances, an extended selection of crockery and glassware. The kitchen is extended into the dining area to give more space Double Bedroom A double bed, dressed in quality bedding awaits. With bedside lighting, easy-access charging points, bedside cupboards and wardrobe space there is everything you need for a great night’s sleep. Please note this room contains the boiler in a locked cupboard. This room has black out blinds and curtains. Bathroom The main bathroom features a walk in shower with fixed rainfall shower head and second adjustable head, toilet with soft-close lid and hand wash basin. Attention to detail includes a large heated towel rail, mirror with shaver light and extractor fan. An integrated window blind offers privacy and a vanity unit offers space for toiletries. FIRST FLOOR Hallway The stairs lead onto a small hallway from which you access both first-floor bedrooms. Master bedroom A master king ensuite bedroom with direct access onto your private balcony. ​This wonderful escape offers storage for clothing, bedside cabinets with reading lamps and Smart TV. The convenience of your own ensuite is one of the great benefits of this room. It features a walk in shower, hand basin and toilet. A velux window offers natural light and a heated towel rail makes it easy to dry off your towels. Twin Bedroom Two single beds with bedside tables, lamps and charging points. This room also boasts an ensuite with toilet and sink. Lodge 10 has converted the wardrobe into a walk in shower. The clever use of space includes a small changing area and is accessed directly from the bedroom, leaving a small wardrobe space. For added convenience this room also includes a chest of drawers, wardrobe mirror, hairdryer, and roller blinds and lined curtains.
