Arrival must take place by 8:00 p.m., any delays must be duly reported well in advance and in this case the Agency will make itself available to deliver the keys to the property, bearing in mind that after 7:00 p.m. a surcharge will be due to be agreed. Upon arrival, an ID will be required for each person (ID card or passport). - A deposit of €100 is also required at check-in, which will be returned at the time of departure, after checking that everything in the apartment is in order.
