This large contemporary flat is situated in the heart of Stroud Green, a 12 min walk from Finsbury Park station & round the corner from the park. Finsbury Park has excellent transport links - 20 mins to central London & direct trains to Gatwick & Heathrow airports; Victoria, London Bridge, Euston & King’s Cross stations. The area has loads of pubs, restaurants and supermarkets & a lovely woodland walk. The flat comes with my cat, Winston, who is very friendly and self sufficient. The space This is a large, bright and homely flat. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and a large comfortable living room with a TV. There is also a lovely private garden with outdoor seating to enjoy a morning coffee or alfresco dinners in summer. You’ll share the flat with my cat, Winston. Winston is super friendly and very self sufficient. He has an automated feeder, he lets himself in and out with his cat flap and is fully housetrained - he just asks that you give him a bit of attention every now and then (when he feels like it!). Guest access Guests will have access to the entire flat, with the exception of my bedroom which will be locked. Other things to note Please note that this flat comes with a cat so unfortunately I can't accommodate any animals - even service animals I'm afraid.
