This is a reliable accommodation which is participating Safestay campaign. From our property to the hustle and bustle main area is about 10 mins walk. Yeonnam-dong, located near Hongik University Station. It has become one of the coolest neighborhoods in Seoul. It is densely packed with art spaces, unique concept cafés and every alley is filled with many restaurants, fashion stores and a beautiful park that was transformed from the old railroad. The space We are not renting the whole house. This is one of the rooms in the house. Kitchen and laundry room are shared with other guest. Our property is a four-story house located in the center of Seoul, featuring a front yard. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, kettle, stove, and microwave. Bedrooms are fitted with floor heating and air conditioning (summer only). High-speed Wi-Fi, toiletries, and towels are provided for your convenience. Guest access This room is on the 1st floor. Air conditioning is available during the summer months, typically from May to early October. In colder months, a centralized floor heating system is provided, generally from mid-October to April. The exact operating period may vary depending on weather conditions. A valid passport or local ID is required at check-in. Please note that guests under the age of 18 cannot be accommodated. This room is for single occupancy only. Use of the washing machine and dryer is available for 6,000 KRW per use, and is complimentary for guests staying more than two weeks. All room doors are secured with individual access codes. Luggage storage is available for guests arriving early or after check-out. For your convenience, luggage can be stored in the house from 9:00 am onwards. Due to limited space, we are unable to store luggage overnight, and all items must be collected by 5:00 pm on the day of check-out. If you expect to arrive after midnight, kindly let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your check-in. During your stay We’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 12 years and are happy to share our favorite spots, including coffee shops, bars, restaurants, bookstores, museums, and more. We can help you discover the best of the city during your stay. Other things to note 1. Local ID or passport required at check-in; terms and conditions must be accepted. Guests under 18 years old cannot be accommodated. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. 3. Visitors are not allowed in the house or rooms. 4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 p.m. 5. Guests should bring their own toiletries. Towels, shampoo, and body wash are provided.
