The villa was refurbished in 2021 and you will most be surprised by its relaxed style and comfort. M100 is truly one of a kind. The villa sprawls on 2 levels : on the ground floor are the main the living spaces plus a master bedroom, a separate toilet and a utility room. Upstairs, you will find 3 well appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Living is easy thanks to the oversized kitchen and living room which face the bright blue sea and deck. The South-West facing deck is just like being at the stern of a boat, with ever-changing views and sunsets to die for. Relax and perfect your suntan, catch up on your reading, share incredible meals al fresco, or simply wallow in the dolce vita of barefoot living. The shimmering waters of the Med are at the bottom of the garden. The villa sleeps 10 guests comfortably thanks to 4 well appointed bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate WCs. Here's how the bedrooms have been appointed : - On the ground floor a spacious master bedroom overlooking the back garden with an en-suite shower room. - On the top floor, a second master bedroom overlooking the sea with an en-suite bathroom and private terrace. - A "family" room that sleeps 3 with a double bed on the bottom bunk and a single bed on the top bunk - A clever triple bunk bed in the 4th bedroom. The "family" rooms have a shared shower room with WC. Downstairs there are 2 separate WCs. Your comfort in every season is our priority, that's why we've installed reversible air conditioning and Wifi throughout the house. We've also thought about the ultimate luxury feature : car park! There is enough space in the garden to park your car(s), thus sparing you the agony of trying to find a parking spot in the summer months. The shops and restaurants are only a stone's throw away, but if you were curious to explore further away, you can, thanks to both courtesy bicycles. *** Please read this to the end before making your reservation *** We love M100. We respect the fact that not everybody has the same taste nor the same standards. If you are looking for a unique place in the region, where you can kick off your shoes, fish from the comfort of your sun lounger, spend time with loved-ones and make the most of exquisite sea views and sunsets, if you want to cook, read, and make the most of beachfront living, then M100 is for you. If you are looking for a flawless holiday rental, without any inconveniences of the sea, then maybe this villa is not for you. Last but not least, we kindly ask our guests to take extreme care of the outdoor furniture that we have curated for M100. Please make sure that you don't lose a cushion or that the parasol doesn't fly away so that the next guests can count on our attention to detail as much as you.
