The Island Loft

The Island Loft is a brand-new spacious apartment situated on a working farm on the outskirts of Coleraine but in close proximity to the North Coast. It is suitable for those wishing to explore the local countryside, visit the many local tourist attractions, take in some rounds of golf or simply chill on the balcony with a beverage of choice... The space Situated on a working farm, it commands stunning views across the countryside and provides the independence and privacy craved by many travellers. The balcony is a covered space with an electric heater to allow guests to enjoy the views even on the dampest and chilliest of days. There are secure garages should you wish to store your golf clubs, motorcycle or surf board. Please just let me know in advance. Guests need to be aware that this is a working farm and, at peak times, there will be noise and, yes, occasionally smells which are all part of life in the country. Guests are requested not to wander about the farmyard but can watch the ongoing hustle and bustle from the safety of the balcony or the bedroom windows. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment but are respectfully requested not to wander through the farm yard. Upon request, a member of the family will escort you on a tour. Other things to note There is an additional camp bed and laundered sleeping bag, both of which are suitable for a child under 12. A travel cot is also available but guests should bring their own bedding for it. Please let me know in advance if either facility is required.
