Double/quiet/own bathroom/FIRESTICK TV/Farlington

Comfy & calm double bedroom on ground floor of our home in Farlington (outskirts of Portsmouth- please check location before booking). Use of own private downstairs bathroom across the hall. NO USE OF KITCHEN. TV-FIRESTICK only. Check in 5PM-9PM, check out 10AM. We often have foster kittens/dogs. 10min drive to Lakeside, 8min to QA hospital. IOW Ferry Port 17mins away. 1.8miles to Cosham station&3.3 miles to Havant. Easy access to A3, M27 & A27. Free road parking. No Smokers/children under 12. The space Good sized double bedroom on ground floor and access to your own downstairs bathroom which is 5/6 steps across the hallway. Very comfy mattress. There is a TV with Firestick only. NO access to the kitchen or any other room. We place a small snack basket, teas and coffee for you in your room. We do not provide breakfast. Unfortunately, at the moment there is no fridge to store goods in. There is a boiler in the bedroom inside a cupboard, which makes a very quiet sound when hot water is being used. If you need access to an iron and board, please let us know in advance and we can arrange this for you. No access to any other rooms. Please don’t ask to use the kitchen for meals or to eat in, as this room is in constant use by ourselves :) We are more than happy for you to bring food back to your room. We respect our guests and keep ourselves to ourselves, and try to let you be. We try to give you as much space as possible during your stay - so you don’t feel that you are living alongside others. If you need anything during your stay please message me via the Airbnb app. PLEASE double check our location before booking, we are in Farlington, up on Portsdown Hill, on the outskirts of Portsmouth - with a nice view! No children under 12. We would love it if you could leave a review after your stay otherwise it can affect our Super Host status :) We don’t accept long term stays. Guest access Ground floor- own bedroom and private downstairs bathroom only. No use of kitchen -please do not ask as this is our main living area. Please do not go into any of our other rooms - thank you :) Other things to note Take away restaurants such as Chinese, Indian, Fish and Chips within 10-15 minute walk. Harvester restaurant less than 10mins away. Tesco Express is 6 minute walk away. Large Co-op less than 5 minute drive. Also, large Sainsbury's with petrol station less than a 5 minute drive. Bar Aroma on the main Havant road is Italian themed, open from 9am to 3pm and has a range of breakfasts and lunch. Churchillian Pub less than 10 minute drive up on top on the hill which serves pub food - an amazing view over Portsmouth!
