It is on the 2. floor in a rear building. The flat has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. A comfy bed (160x200), desk with wireless mobile loading station, a closet, table with chairs for two, a full equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower. Wifi and TV with NETFLIX is also available. Bedclothes and towels are inclusive. We provide 1 large towel and additionally 1 small towel for each guest. Guest access You will have the entire apartment for yourself. Other things to note - As mentioned you are in the middle of the trendy Neustadt so it can be louder even though you are in the backyard. - Parking is available on the streets with a fee. Before late afternoon, you will always catch a parking space. - grocery store "Netto" within 5 minutes walk and opens until 22:00 pm Tram stops within walking distance: - "Louisenstraße" for line 7 and 8 are within 3 minutes walk (about 300m) and can take you to the main train station or to the old town (about 20 minutes by tram) - "Albertplatz" within 8 minutes walk - "Görlitzer Str. Nordbad" for line 13 is also within 3 minutes walk (about 300m) - the train station Dresden Neustadt is about within 10 minutes walk (1km)
