You have access to the swimming pool and its park. Very well equipped, our studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Located less than 30 minutes from the beaches of Vendée, 1 hour from La Rochelle. Our studio has everything to make your stay pleasant in Vendée. The space The ANNEX is composed of 1 king size bed (160/200) and a sofa bed (140/190 & 12 cm mattress). A private bathroom with toilet, the kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine, tea. On the HIGH-TECH side, you have access to THD WIFI and free internet. With a high workspace and USB socket to charge computers and cell phones! As well as a 32-inch LED screen broadcasting DTT channels and you can also connect via Bluetooth to the BOSE Studio speaker to listen to your own MUSIC! Pool opening for 2024 in June. The Pool may be shared with the owners, but not with other guests. Other things to note Regarding access to the pool: Our pool is accessible until 7:00 p.m. every day. For children, this is under parental supervision. After 11:30pm, no noise or music. Possibility to eat outside, (wooden table) in the garden relaxation area. Also, provision of a CHARCOAL BARBECUE.
