Large family penthouse with large bay windows and two balconies overlooking the planted promenade, our apartment – completely refurbished – is ideal for hosting a family with children. We speak French, English, and Spanish The space With its 100 m2, and 15 m of continuous balconies, our apartment is ideal for large families: It is almost 2 times larger than the average Parisian home. You will have 4 bedrooms, one with a large 160 cm double bed, a large living room (40 m2) and a large open-plan kitchen (washing machine, dryer, induction cooktop) but also a brand new bathroom with a Finnish sauna! On request, we can provide an extra mattress, crib, stroller cane, high chair and booster seat. Children's bikes/scooters can also be provided. In summer, a hammock and parasol allow you to enjoy the sunset on Gare de Lyon and the Eiffel Tower, amid jasmine and olive trees. Unless you prefer to have breakfast on the other side of the apartment, enjoying a view of the Sacré Cœur and the Promenade Plantée. We have an incredible selection of board games for children and adults as well as toys and books for children of all ages. Note: Our apartment is not air-conditioned but in case of high temperatures, you will have fans and portable air conditioning. For us, its "crossing" configuration (double NE-SW orientation) is enough to circulate the air! Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation, except for a small adjoining studio (in red on the map). Other things to note While we do our best to accommodate you in a clean and pleasant environment, please note that AirBnb apartments cannot be maintained like hotel rooms as this is our primary residence. So you will be staying in an authentic world where kindness and sharing are at the heart of the experience and will allow you to truly live like locals.
