The space The structure of this apartment allows our guests to feel it almost as "their own". It has been recently restored and is equipped with all the amenities that allow anyone to spend a stress-free stay (air conditioning, heating, WIFI, television, etc.). The living room is equipped with a new and comfortable sofa bed, a large dining table and a kitchenette. Guest access Our guests will have exclusive access to every area of the apartment rented to them. Other things to note At check-in, you will be asked to pay the tourist tax, which we are required to collect on behalf of the Municipality of Venice. The tax varies depending on the type of property and the area in which it is rented. In this case, the amount to be paid is €4 per adult, per night. Children aged 10–16 pay half the amount, i.e. €2, while children under 10 are exempt. !!LATE CHECK-IN !! Check-in time, as stated, will end at 6:00 p.m. Our staff is available to check in after hours, upon notice and confirmation from our office, and at an additional cost.
