A large 4 bed detached house in Lower Earley between junctions 10 and 11 which takes just 5 minutes to either. University just a short distance away. Asda and Mark & Spencers supermarket 5 minutes walk where there is a cafe, Greggs outlet plus other amenities. Toby Carvery, KFC, Costa and Domino's Pizza are also close by. The ECMWF is a short walking distance away, approximately 20 minutes. Free parking is available on the property. Shinfield Studios is about a 10 minute walk from the house. The space The house is spacious and newly decorated, large kitchen with use of all appliances. Plenty of parking on the drive. Separate bathroom for guests. Both rooms have spacious wardrobes. You will have use of kitchen and large lounge. The house is pet free. *PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOUSE, EVEN FOR GUESTS WHO WOULD SMOKE OUTSIDE. Other things to note There are 2 bedrooms, a double and single so can accommodate 3 people in all. The area is very quiet and Im sure you will enjoy your stay here.
