Typical Cornish Cottage, ideal for couples or families with 2 Bedrooms, Sleep 4 +cot, with its own private sunny garden to the side of the property with picnic table, bbq & storage shed. Dogs Welcome (£20 cash fee to be pd on arrival) Part of the Court Farm Holidays complex, Facilities incl Heated Indoor Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Outdoor Play Area and Animal Field, with ponies, pigs, goats & Hens to visit. The space Lilac provides 2 Bedrooms, Master. Bedroom with King Sized Iron Bedstead, Twin Bedroom with 2 single beds) both rooms have room for a cot. The Family Bathroom has Bath, Over-bath shower, WC & Basin. Downstairs you have a fully equipped kitchen, plus Farmhouse Table. The Lounge has deep set comfy sofas plus a real woodburner (free log supply) . Lilac has its own fully enclosed garden, with picnic table, parasol and BBQ available during the summer months, plus storage shed, ideal for storing bikes etc. Guest access The whole cottage is accessible for guests Other things to note We do charge an additional dog fee of £20/dog per stay and ask that guests settle up in cash upon arrival.
